What kind of artwork formats do we accept ?

We accept High Res PDFs, with 3mm bleed and trim marks, Quark and In-Design files with all fonts and pictures included, If the artwork is not supplied correctly, a charge may be made for time spent correcting it. You will be advised in advance.

I require you to design my artwork, how long will it take for my proofs and for the print to be delivered?

Proofs will be emailed within 24 hours and we will wait for your approval before printing. Delivery will be 3 - 4 working days from the approval of your proof.

I have used other printers in the past the quality left a lot to be desired how can I be sure your quality is up to standard?

We have all the latest printing equipment which will provide you with a commercially acceptable printed job. Previously printed samples available on request.

I would like a different stock (paper) is this possible?

Yes, Please phone or email us with any requests, and we will be happy to help!

What are "Print Ready Files" can you explain?

A Print Ready file is artwork that has been checked for colour and content with trim marks and 3mm bleed. Which allows us to print without altering the artwork in any way.

What is CMYK?

CMYK are the colours we use to print full colour pictures etc.
Cyan, Magenta Yellow and Black

What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal - which you can use Credit or debit cards. No Paypal account is required to pay using this service. We also accept cheques.
